Just shook hands for 12-.50/hr salary + commission Job 18/hr Leaving Feeling a fool, How can I talk to my boss again, increasing the base salary of news without appearing unreliable / bad? (I probably agree on additional responsibilities, such as product development, development of marketing materials company, creating a sales pitch / contour and generate new leads, which were not really discussed. I also have tons of capacity Complementary and I just finished a communications specialist BA)
My main question is – why work? It was this financial growth potential? The additional responsibility? The heat of the moment? You hated the old job? The new work sounds more exciting – if you can manage financially, why not try? The long and short, not to worry. When you are off campus, you will have many more possibilities. 18/hr or 12/hr work now means nothing here 10 years. If you are good at sales and are in good company / industry could be taken as 10x.
