Is it legal for a realtor to list a house for sale when not trying to generate leads?
I buy my house in April '07 and realized today that the seller's agent has been used recently for sale on its website and Yahoo! Real effective February 10 '08. My home is for sale. I've never even considered selling the house and have had no contact from the agent for the sale last year. What is my recourse? Anyone?
